Exporting American mental illness � Neuroanthropology

During the global recession, American exports have declined precipitously but a new Book review in Neuroanthropology shows unequivocally that the United States leads the world in the export of mental illness. Well, actually it is the export of our cultural perspectives on the subject. Don't we have something besides the term "going postal" to share with the rest of the planet? I didn't think so.
